Simple Saturday

Today was a pretty simple day. We had planned to go to the Waterloo Region Museum after bowling this morning but when we got there it wasn't open yet (what place opens at 11am on a Saturday?!?) so we decided to just go home since it would be too long of a wait for it to open. Somehow though we did manage to fill our day!

Norah saying "cheese" for the camera at the bowling alley.
Couldn't get one without food in her mouth...
The boys doing their thing.
Doing a St. Patricks Day craft.
Norah's first real craft!
The boy's finished product.
Norah getting in on the photo action.
Her finished product...backwards.
The front. Ok, truth be told, she thought the glue was a "dip" for her fruit loops and never got any stuck on. She is only left with a rainbow of glue.
What she did for most of the craft time.
Logan writing a letter to someone special.
After supper, Scott took the boys swimming at the Rec Centre but I stayed home with Norah. The sun was shining so I took her out for a walk but the wind was SO cold that we weren't out for long. She did, however, enjoy the puddles! Aren't her pink splash pants cute? They even have little purple bows on them. Whoever thought that light pink was a good idea as a colour for outerwear hasn't met my daughter yet though.
She loves the outdoors! SHe's going to love summer.
Puddle jumping.

I adore that purple top of Norah's - SO cute! And the boys' rainbows - what a great idea and they look so wonderful.
Did Norah eat the fruit loops with glue on them?
You are sure making good use of the kitchen table. :-)

So happy for all of these blogs! Haven't been online much in the last few weeks, but checking on new posts sure makes my day! Love those kids, I can't wait to see them again!!
