Back to School 2015

Grade 1 - French Immersion
Quite the ambition for a little guy. :)
That's a big backpack!
Grade 3 - French Immersion for Logan
Still wants to be a police officer!
With Norah.
Just the school goers.
We now walk to school rather than the take bus. I think the boys like it as it gives them more time to play with their friends, even though Jacob says "it's a little bit of a far walk".

Friday Phone Dump (Yes, it's Saturday)

A few pictures from our week

A kitchen helper.
Our yard is horribly overgrown but there is this beautiful plant flowering right now.
Trampoline playdate :)
They didn't want her at the playdate.
A large colony of ants on the sidewalk.
First day of school!
Norah and I waiting for her speech therapist at Kidsability.
Playing with some new toys from a friend.
Out for a walk.
She prefers to off road with her stroller.
With her purse from Great Grandma.
(I was carrying the stroller here).
Her baby was crying here so she needed to hold it.
Like any good mom - pushing and empty stroller.
:)

Happy Birthday Jacob!

Jacob turned 6 today! Time is certainly flying!

He told me it was the best cake he ever wanted.
Blowing out the candles.
Opening gifts.
The audience.
Action shot.
Yay! A DS!
Opening his gift from Aunt Pamela.
A DS game!
Reading about the new game.
Everyone checking it out.
Jacob is such an easy going kid. He has a love for all things electronic and is really getting into video games! He started grade 1 - French Immersion this week and seems really excited about learning a new language. He'll have a party with his friends next weekend.

Happy birthday buddy!

Friday Phone Dump

We've had a quiet week at home trying to settle in before back to school next week

Logan chose a purple pepper from the market to try.
All dressed up for the evening.
She's very proud to be able to hold the cat now - the cat is not so happy.

DQ treat!
Jacob and I too.
Soaking up the last days of summer.

I think we've outgrown the water table...
Maybe the pool too, LOL.
Someone starts preschool next week!
I think I need to find a bigger ladder for the trampoline.
Evidence that Norah has gone to the trampoline - open door and glasses on the floor.

Going Back in Time: Norah's 3rd Birthday

Back in June (oops), Norah turned 3! It's hard to believe she is growing up so fast!

Waking up in the morning.
Pretty in purple birthday girl.

Opening gifts.

Birthday cupcakes.

Blowing out the candles.
