A Trip to Centre Island

With summer almost over, we realized that unfortunately we hadn't gotten out to do as much as we had hoped this summer. With a new baby around the weeks just seemed to slip by. So a couple weeks ago, we decided on a summer morning to check out the amusement park on Centre Island. We quickly packed everyone up and headed out.

Scott and Logan took part in a drumming circle on the island. It was right up Logan's alley!

Jacob was so little on this ride, he could barely see. When the ride ended, the bar rose up and he didn't let go , so he was just hanging there!

I think the highlight of the day was riding the ferry over to the island. There aren't any pictures because Scott took the boys up to the upper level so they could see better. Scott said when we arrived at the island, Logan yelled "land ho!"
