First Trip to the Park

So we finally got our first trip to the park in on the weekend. The weather has been so cold and wet that it just hasn't been nice enough to go. Scott was working on Sunday so the boys and I went to check it out. It was still a bit cold out but not too wet.

Last fall, Jacob wasn't walking so the park wasn't the best place for him but now it's great. He can climb up the stairs and check everything out on his own. He loved going down the slide. He has very little fear, it seems.

However, the swing which was his favourite last year was certainly not his favourite this time. He wanted out and very quickly.

(His rubber boots are too big, even though they were the smallest we could find, and kept falling off as he crawled up the stairs. Next time I'll have him in different footwear for sure!)
